The son of the village of Bani Uday in Assiut
In memory of his birth

• Today: the twenty-first of June, the memory of his fragrant birth is upon us, and this is a short summary of his good biography that we took from his son, Mr. Muhammad Darwish, famous as Mr. Hamada Darwish, in which he said:
• Name: Sheikh / Darwish Mustafa Muhammad Mustafa Abdel Gawad.
• His grandfather: Sheikh Abd al-Jawad al-Muhsin al-Omari, known as Bani Uday by al-Sheikh al-Muhsin buried al-Mualla in Mecca, the grandson of our master Omar Ibn al-Khattab - may God be pleased with him.
• He was born in Bani Uday al-Qibliya on 06/21/1940 AD.
• Obtained primary school from Bani Uday Religious Institute in 1959 AD (middle school) now.
• Obtained Al-Azhar secondary school in 1964 from the Bani Uday Boys Institute.
• Received a BA in Islamic and Arabic Studies in Cairo in 1968.
• He joined the Armed Forces as a conscript in 1969 AD, then moved as a reserve officer from 1/6/1970 AD until 1974 AD, and participated in the Sixth of October War, and he had positions and anecdotes in that.
• Appointed in the Assiut Endowments Directorate as an imam, preacher and teacher since 1969.
• He was seconded to the Republic of Yemen for one year in 1985 AD.
• Worked in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan from January 1986 to July 1986 as well.
• He worked in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for five years, from 1987 to 1992. The beginning of work was in the final supervision, then he was promoted shortly afterwards as a director in the text control at the King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Noble Qur’an.
• Worked in Kuwait for three years, from October 2000 until 31/8/2003.
• He was sent to the United States of America for da'wah during the month of Ramadan in the nineties.
• Promoted as an internal envoy for religious awareness in the New Valley Governorate in 1984 AD.
• Promoted to First Inspector of the Qusiya Endowments Department in 1996.
• Promoted as General Manager (Dawa researchers) at the Salim Coast Endowments Department, since 1999.
• Promoted as an undersecretary for the Department of Endowments of Bani Udayat and worked in it during the years 1997 - 1998 - 2003 until 2005.
• He remained in bidding until he died on 10/8/2015 AD, may God Almighty have mercy on him.
• Children in order: 1 - Mrs. Huda - an expert teacher at the Girls' Institute of Bani Uday Secondary School.
2 - Mr. Muhammad is a first teacher at Bani Uday Secondary School for Boys.
3- Dr. Sana, University of Jizan, Saudi Arabia.
4- Dr. Mona is a pharmacist at the health unit in Atamna.
5 - Counsellor Ahmed on behalf of the administration.
6 - Mr. Yasser is an employee of the Administrative Prosecution Office.
7 - Mr. Mustafa in the Assiut Courts Complex.
And after: His Eminence Sheikh Darwish Mustafa is considered one of the endowment scholars who represented Egypt in Yemen, Jordan, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, and he was one of the accepted scholars, due to his generosity, simplicity, humility, lightness, and fusion with society. Health and long life, and I agreed with his son, Professor Muhammad Darwish, that we would write his fragrant biography in a book within the series of the flags of Bani Uday - may God Almighty have mercy on him - and he lived for us in the immortals.
